✦ Who We Are
Norma Jean Towing Inc of Fredericksburg, Virginia, phone (540) 710-9270. We provide towing, recovery, and roadside service in the Fredericksburg and Stafford, Virginia area.
✦ Calling Our Dispatch Lines
- Outside office hours, our overnight line may be answered by an automated dispatch assistant that takes your job details and sends a driver.
- Calls are recorded and transcribed for accuracy, recordkeeping, and service quality. By staying on the line, you consent to the recording.
- Please give accurate location, vehicle, and callback information. We dispatch based on what you tell us, and the driver will call you from the road.
- The dispatch line sends tows out. It cannot cancel, change, or give the status of billing or vehicle-release matters; our office handles those during business hours.
- If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 9-1-1. Our service is not a substitute for emergency services.
✦ Pricing
Pricing depends on the job. Our driver or our office will go over pricing with you directly. Quotes given by phone are estimates until confirmed on scene.
✦ Dispatch Text Message Program
Norma Jean Towing operates a text message program that sends dispatch and scheduling notifications (job offers, accept codes, completion confirmations, schedule notices) to drivers and staff who have opted in by signing a written consent form.
- Message frequency varies with overnight call volume.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving texts. After you text STOP, the dispatch system will reach you by phone call instead.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (540) 710-9270.
- Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle program data is described in our Privacy Policy. Opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may use our website to learn about our services and to contact or schedule with us. Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or scrape it, and no submitting false service requests. Content on the site (text, photos, logos) belongs to Norma Jean Towing Inc or its licensors.

We work hard to answer every call and catch every job, but towing is a road business: response times depend on weather, traffic, driver availability, and the scene itself. To the extent permitted by law, our website, phone lines, and text program are provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Virginia law, including for our own negligence in performing towing services.
