Our Story
Norma Jean Towing was born out of Olaf Herrick's original auto body shop, Southern Auto Body. What started as a transport arm for moving vehicles between the shop and customers grew into a full-service towing operation serving the Fredericksburg and Stafford communities.
Founded by Olaf Herrick, who was born in Germany and moved to America at seven years old, the business reflects a lifelong passion for vehicles. That childhood interest became a career spanning nearly four decades in the auto body industry, and Norma Jean Towing carries forward the same commitment to quality and reliability.
Today, Norma Jean Towing is a police-contracted operation with a full fleet ready to respond around the clock. Whether you need a standard tow, roadside assistance, or a complex recovery, we treat every call with the same urgency and care.
